Our approach
Most agencies treat client account access like a shared password in a Google Doc. We don't. Every account is granted under your ownership with named, least-privilege access for each operator who needs it — and revoked the day the engagement ends.

We follow HIPAA-safe configurations for tracking and conversion measurement — including server-side GTM with PHI scrubbing, redacted CallRail recordings, and audience exclusions for sensitive conditions. We're happy to sign a Business Associate Agreement where applicable.

Who owns the accounts?+
You do. Always. We work inside your Google Ads, Meta Business, GBP, and analytics accounts under named access. If you ever leave, you keep everything.
Do you store any of my data?+
Only what's required to operate the engagement: account names, KPI baselines, written playbooks, and reporting metadata. Raw customer data stays in your platforms.
What happens when we offboard?+
Access is revoked the day the engagement ends. We hand back a written playbook of everything we ran, and a 30-day grace window for handover questions.
